DANCE WEEK FORMS PROCEDURES ETC:

Technical Requirements Form Bunbury Eisteddfod Dance Production

BREC DANCE WEEK ACCESS TIMES

Access times to drop off/pick up set to the loading dock

PLEASE DO NOT KNOCK WHILE THERE IS A SESSION GOING ON!

Morning session – 9.00am – 12:30pm

Drop off between 8:15am-8:45am ONLY

Pick up will be at the end of the morning session- approx 12.30-12.45pm

(PROVIDED THE SESSION FINISHES ON TIME).

Afternoon session – 1.30pm – 6:00pm

Drop off between 1.00pm-1:15pm ONLY

Pick up will be at the end of the afternoon session- approx 6:00-6:15pm

(PROVIDED THE SESSION FINISHES ON TIME).

Evening session – 7.00pm – 10.00pm

Drop off between 6.15-6.45pm ONLY

Pick up will be at the end of the evening session- approx 10pm or when the session ends.

BACK STAGE SPACE ALLOCATION FOR PROPS

Due to the safety concerns around set and props blocking emergency exits all schools wanting to bring set and props must email a request for space to the eisteddfod committee:  wapa.eisteddfod@gmail.com . Your details will be forwarded to the BREC Technical Manager.    You will then be contacted by the BREC Technical Staff with your allocated area.  You must not exceed this area.
