The WA Performing Arts Eisteddfod’s success in encouraging and supporting the Performing Arts owes much to its highly valued pool of volunteers

Our volunteers come from all walks of life and range in age from 16 to 80!

Who can volunteer?

Whether you are a student needing work experience in community service, a parent with an interest/or interested children in the Arts, an organisation with a community service/volunteering program for your staff, or even a retiree looking for something different and fun to do with like-minded people, we have roles in all disciplines. We brief you about your assigned roles, provide training, and we do our best to ensure that you enjoy your time with us.

What volunteering opportunities are available?

WAPAE needs volunteer help right across the event, including areas such as:

Foyer Information Table
 Backstage Management
 Green Room (Performers Marshalling)
 Adjudicators Table
 Research and marketing
 General office assistance

And much more…

When can you volunteer?

Our event runs from late May to late June, and volunteers can elect periods of time and venues to suit their availability and location.

If you enjoy working with people in a fun and creative atmosphere, where you can be a part of the action, watching and supporting some of Australia’s best up and coming performing artists, please fill out the form below to register your interest to join us and we will get back to you.
