- Bringing in professional adjudicators to give written, encouraging feedback to all competitors. They are provided with accommodation and meals during their stay, supporting local business

- Returning approximately $70,000 into the community through ticket sales, stage/ room hire, and technician’s wages at BREC for the season and Gala Concert

- Working with local businesses to provide various consumables; including Certificates, Trophies, Sign writing, etc

- Contracting the services of a highly reputable photographer throughout the season
- Giving opportunity for performing arts teachers, in schools and private studios, to showcase their students and assist in their development
